Have you noticed that we have new lights in the Sanctuary? These new lights give the appearance of warmth because of the track lighting rather than the fluorescent lights that we had before. If you agree, give a special shout out to John and Kirk who spearheaded the project to change the lighting.  They and their crew – Darren, Bill, Frank, May Acosta, Pastor Stan, Sayaka, Stephen, Robert, Calvin Chow – did a great job by removing the existing ballasts, replacing the wiring, installing new tracks and track  lighting, etc. to include moving the chairs and taking out the old fixtures. Some of these volunteers even took time off from their regular jobs to do the much appreciated church work. Their hard work saved WOCC a great deal of money by doing the job rather than having to contract the work out and paying the high prices. Also, many thanks to John for loaning us the scissor lift and scaffolding to do the work and Darren, Daniel, Keanu, Paul, David, Burnalee and Jeremy for cleaning and resetting the sanctuary.
